Jedes Jahr im Sommer veranstalten wir die City Nord Open. Wir laden dazu Spieler aus ganz Deutschland und den angrenzenden Ländern ein ihr Können bei uns in der City Nord unter Beweis zu stellen.

2015 führten wir es sogar als 2-tägiges Turnier aus und 2018 feierten wir 20 Jahre Disc Golf in der City Nord und 5 jähriges bestehen unseres 14 Bahnen Kurs.

Auch 2019 wird es wieder soweit sein. Wir befinden uns in der Planung und ja, es wird wieder ein Turnier über 2 Tage! Keine Sorge, wir haben einen mega Hoteldeal für euch im Holiday Inn City Nord für nur 59€ pro Nacht/Zimmer inkl. Frühstück! Es wird eine tolle TD Zentrale geben, ihr könnt Scheiben kaufen und Essen wird zum Kurs geliefert. An diesem WE werden auch 60 Jahre City Nord mit einem Lichterfest gefeiert. Es wird also Drinks für einen sehr netten Samstagabend auf dem Kurs geben. Darüber hinaus hat Hamburg an diesem WE auch viel zu bieten, solltet ihr z.B. eure Partner oder Familien mitbringen wollen. U.a. ein Footballspiel im Stadtpark, einen Jahrmarkt den man hier Dom nennt, Craft Beer Days, Musicals, Afrikafestival, Open Air Konzert im Stadtpark nebenan.

Der Kurs wird extra auf 18 Bahnen für euch erweitert. Die Bahnen werden länger, mehr Bäume kommen ins Spiel und es wird ein Pro/Am PDGA B-Turnier. Kurspar ist 58. Das Bild oben zeigt euch erste Kurs Details. Folgende Divisionen werden angeboten: MPO, FPO, MP40, FP40, MJ18, FJ18, MA2, MA3, FA2.

Pros werden Pro spielen müssen um das Preisgeld (50% der NetEntryFee) und AMs bekommen ein Playerspack. Als Amateur könnt ihr natürlich auch in der Pro Division antreten, soweit es euer Rating je Anmeldephase zulässt. Die Anmeldung wird am 1. Mai öffnen und aus 3 Phasen bestehen. Details hierzu erfolgen separat, aber wird anhand eures Ratings und Spielberechtigung für eure jeweilige Dvision sein. Phase 1 und 2 werden je 2 Wochen dauern. Um euren Platz zu sichern müsst ihr bis zum Ende der jeweiligen Anmeldephase (1 und 2) überwiesen haben, um euren Startplatz zu sichern. Nach Phase 1 werden die offenen AM Plätze unter allen AM Divisionen verteilt, sowie alle Pro Plätze über alle Pro Divisionen. Nach Phase 2 gilt, first come, first serve. Absagen ab dem 1. August 2019 können nur erstattet werden, wenn der Startplatz gefüllt werden kann, also nicht leer bleibt. Eine Gebühr von 10,- EUR wird fällig für jede Absage, egal zu welchem Zeitpunkt.

Gespielt werden 3 Runden für alle. Unsere Planung ist aktuell den Kurs bereits 1 Woche eher aufzubauen und erst 1 Woche später abzubauen. Die Genehmigung dafür liegt bereits vor. Und wenn wir richtig gut im Aufbau sind, gibt es am Sonntag vor dem Turnier bereits ein kleines C-Turnier. Das Caddybook steht euch nun auch zum Download bereit. Dieses wird weiterhin aktualisiert, sollte aber euch aber schon einen ersten groben Eindruck verschaffen. Auf Änderungen werden wir hinweisen.
HINWEIS: Bitte meldet euch nur als none-pdga member an, wenn ihr wirklich kein PDGA Rating habt. Wir können leider nicht all unsere Ideen in der Metrix realisieren, lernen aber fleißig.

The City Nord Open take place each summer in Hamburg. We invite Disc Golfers from all over Europe to this beautiful event, to showcase their skills in one of the most urban courses in Europe, which actually starts at a subwaystation.

In 2015 we hosted a two day event and in 2018 we did celebrate more than 20 years of Disc Golf in the City Nord and 5 years anniversary of the current 14 holes course.

Now we have 2019 and we are stepping up our game again. The organization for another two-day event is in full throttle to offer you a great weekend in Hamburg. No worries, we are already able to offer you a great hotel deal at the Holiday Inn City Nord. Only 59€ per night/room incl. breakfast. We will have a nice TD central, you will be able to buy discs and lunch will be delivered to the course. As this also marks 60 years of the City Nord, the park will be iluminated at night and there will be drinks to have a nice evening on Saturday. Besides all that, there is a lot going on in Hamburg that weekend, if you bring along your significant other. There will be an American Football game next to the course, Open Air concerts nearby, various musicals, a fun and big fair, an Africa Festival, Craft Beer Days and many more.

The course will be totally different than the current 14 holes. It will be longer, have more trees, extended to 18 holes and be an Pro/Am PDGA B-Tier. Course Par will be 58. The picture above shows some details. Divisions offered: MPO, FPO, MP40, FP40, MJ18, FJ18, MA2, MA3, FA2. Pros will have to play Pro and compete for the 50% payout of the net entry fee. Ams can play Am and will receive a playerspackage. However, as Amateur you can play up in the Pro Divisions, if you get a spot via your rating during the phasings. The registration will be done via metrix, opens on May 1st and consists of 3 phases. Details will follow, but it will be according to your rating and eligibility for your respective division. Phase 1 and 2 will each last only 2 weeks. Payments will have to be made till the end of each phase to secure your spot. After phase 1, all remaining AM spots will be distributed via all AM Divisions, as well as all remaining Pro spots between all Pro Divisions. Only after phase 2, we will change to first come, first serve. Please note, that we will only be able to accept cancelations before August 1st, 2019, however a 10,- EUR fee will apply. As of August 1st, 2019 refunds will only be granted, if the spot will not remain vacant. The 10,- EUR fee still applies.

3 rounds will be played in total. Two on Saturday, one on Sunday with golf start. Currently, we are planning to set up this 18 hole course one week ahead of the tournament and we already have the permission for that! If we get enough volunteers for setting up the course on time, we will even host a PDGA C-Tier the Sunday before the tournament. The caddy book is now available for download. We keep improving it and will inform about changes. However, it should give you some more details for each hole.
